ICYMI – Dr. Daly Helms The 2023 Wellness House Ball!

We sent this announcement a few weeks ago. Since it’s so important, we wanted to make sure you didn’t miss it!
On Saturday, October 21st hundreds of revelers will assemble at the Geraghty in Chicago for the Radiance Ball, the annual gala that supports the Wellness House. The Wellness House, based in Hinsdale, offers a wide range of services to cancer patients and their families, from emotional support to nutrition and exercise classes. They help kids process cancer—whether their own or a family member’s. The Wellness House provide wigs following hair loss from chemo. Group and individual therapy sessions for both patients and their families are offered there, as well. The team there does amazing work connecting people who are on the same journey. With community support, fear and defeat is replaced by bravery and strength, and all of it is based on research and science.
As you can see from the cover of Hinsdale Living magazine, our own Dr. Daly is co-chairing the event this year. In addition to providing top-level primary care to Hinsdaleans, she has committed the last six months of her free time to preparing for this event, the outcome of which allows Wellness House services to exist. She and her co-chair chose the name, The Radiance Ball, to signify how this amazing organization offers individuals a ray of light during what can be a very dark time.
